Confessions of a new boutique owner

A good business owner will learn to take constructive criticism well. Remembering not to take things personally, some things shared by other people can actually be taken in and applied to better business. We're only human and sometimes I get offended by people trying to put their 2 cents in " But " I gotta take a step back and realize people only wanna help. I'm still new to the business world and in the few months that I've open Semmetry,  I've made mistakes but I've also learned from them. I try to read up on business management during my spare time but I also try to get advice from fellow business owners as well. All I can say is it's been a learning adventure so far. . . .good but stressful!
